Lead Enterprise Architect –

Salt are currently working with a Global Retail Brand looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect to join on an initial 3 month contract –

Role responsibilities

• Lead the definition on a development programme for enterprise, domain & solution architects
• Develop a holistic vision of how to embed architecture practice as a competence in non-architect audience of business & IT.
• Collect and develop content for the development program in Knowledge Hub and Learning Platform
• Develop training and communications to raise awareness across the business.

Experience:

• More than 10 years’ experience working as an enterprise Architect
• Worked in large Global Corporations as an Enterprise Architect
• Experience setting up Architecture departments including the definition of competences, frameworks and models
• Experience working across different business Architect units, bringing together best parts from each
• Vast experience with TOGAF
• MBA is a plus
