Top Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent demonstrable ability to articulate complex architecture to clients, both at commercial and technical levels, to win confidence in the business, and be seen as a trusted advisor
• Create solutions to business requirements that align clients and the delivery teams
• Have a track record of successful delivery in a range of areas, such as data, application and infrastructure., and so on
• Excellent technical writing skills, with a clear and concise tone
• Excellent knowledge of, and ideally certified with, one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Team leadership skills, with the ability to manage and handle conflicts, both externally and internally for smooth delivery
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, clients at all levels, and the wider development community as a whole
• Build long term relationships with a number of high profile clients and suppliers
• Work with the Head of Engineering to ensure that all projects adhere to the solution architecture agreed with the client, devise strategies for potential business opportunities, and ensure training plans are managed for the delivery team

• Excellent technical communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues across the business, teams of developers and with clients
• Experience working within Agile project teams welcomed

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
