We have partnered with a full-service data-driven digital marketing agency, that has a presence in nearly every country in the world! They build award winning off-to-online campaigns and experiences that help their clients create closer relationships to their consumers.

Due to successes in centralising their IT Support and the creation of a centralised Data Centre they are now seeking to expand their Engineering role with IT Support Engineer

As the IT Support Analyst you will be:

• Setting up new user environment (workstation and peripherals)
• Preventive maintenance on computer hardware to ensure BAU functionality,
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications,
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance,
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems,
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software or web-based

system and computer equipment,

• Perform troubleshooting of computer systems leading to solution,
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes,
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and efficient stock management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good knowledge of web-based system, security and data privacy principles,
• Industry-recognised certifications to boost your employability (CompTIA A+, MCSA: Windows 10, MCSA: Windows Server 2016 or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP))
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
• 1st Line support

Tech Stack: (CompTIA A+, MCSA: Windows 10, MCSA, security and data privacy principles, (ACSP))

Salary: 30k pa.

Location: Weybridge – 5 days in the office
