We are partnered with an amazing global intelligence platform business who are going through some exciting growth globally and are now looking to expand their Technical Operations team with mid-level and Senior Application Support Engineer’s.

They are an experienced and motivated team and from day one you’ll be given ownership and responsibility to manage your time. They love having people in the team who are passionate about a broad range of tech, and always looking to learn new technologies.

You will be:

· Troubleshooting software and applications bugs for internal built software

· Work very closely with the Engineering team, be part of scrums / stand ups to manage workflow

· Verification and documentation of bug issues for escalation

· Liaising with Product team to support new product releases, feature requests and future planning

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

· Experience in similar IT Support roles focusing on Software & Applications

· Strong communications skills and problem solving ability

· Experience across a range of internal / external applications

· Worked in a modern agile environment
