Azure Developer

Global leading client is currently recruiting for an Azure platform developer with knowledge and experience in Subnetting, Azure cloud, and CI/CD pipeline. Based in Sunbury – Paying up to £450 per day – 6 month rolling contract.

Essential Skills for the Azure Platform Developer, Cloud Developer, Azure developer, Subnetting, DNS CI/CD

• Databases: Very good knowledge and best practices to migrate databases from on-premises to cloud and cloud to cloud using various tools
• VSTS: Basic understanding and knowledge of build and release pipelines, configuration of build agents and Azure connectivity
• Azure IaaS: Good knowledge of different Azure VM size offerings, Storage, NSGs, ASGs, Scaling and Backups
• Azure PaaS: Basic high-level knowledge of all Azure services. Good knowledge of Web Apps and Databases
• Security: Good understanding of security implications every Azure service choice might have. Least privilege access mentality
• Billing: Very good knowledge of billing and monitoring tools for the cost of resources
• Scripting: Basic Knowledge of PowerShell, very good knowledge of ARM templates.
