CIS Support Officer

Cheshire

(Inside IR35)

3-month contract Rolling

Home based – Travel around Cheshire will be required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIS Support Officer to work for a forward-thinking client within the public sector. You’ll provide first line contact enabling the wider business to achieve its vision and positively transform the way the end customer uses their products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and schedule technical advice.
  • Undertake and monitor project work.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver training sessions, meetings and workshops.
  • Ensure that all stages of tasks are documented.
  • To ensure additions and modifications to systems to provide security control.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Experience working with Windows 10/11
  • Strong understanding in M365
  • Demonstrable exposure to Citrix
  • Familiarised with Ms defender.
  • Experience with working SCCM
  • Confident in using Active Directory and other systems.
