Desktop Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our client at their site in Cardiff on a 3-month contract with potential extensions.

This is a site-based contract role in Cardiff

Working as a Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide and maintain service continuity for the client’s desktop technology and resolve any technical issues that may occur, all within contractual agreements.

We are looking for people who are passionate about technology and increasing their existing knowledge, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience required for this role:

• Strong interpersonalcomms skills – this is a customer facing environment
• Windows 10 troubleshooting & deployment
• laptop hardware break fix
• Application break fix especially Microsoft Office & Teams
• basic troubleshooting re network connectivity
• aptitude for taking individual ownership to resolve problems & also to work as part of a team
