HP BAC Consultant

A leading company is currently recruiting for a HP Business Availability Centre Administrator / HP BAC Support Consultant that’s has experience with Application Performance Monitoring. Remote position. 6 month rolling contract paying up to £500 per day. Based in London.

Essential skill and experience required for the HP Business Availability Centre Administrator / HP BAC Support Consultant, HP Business Availability Centre Consultant, HP Business Availability Centre

• Should have knowledge on ITIL standards like Incident, Problem, Change Management and Release management processes
• Administrative support knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools Microfocus APM 9.51 (HP BSM).
• Ability to create and support of Vugen Scripting. (Web HTTP/HTML, Citrix, Rest ,soap, API protocol)
• Administration knowledge of Operating systems preferred Windows.
• Good Knowledge of Incident and Problem management process
• Knowledge of cloud services and terminology, agile methodology will be an added advantage
• Ability to take responsibility and initiative to investigate and resolve the technical issues.
