Infrastructure Support

– Hyper-V

– SCCM

– O365

– Citrix

You must be able to travel onsite in Berkshire 2x per week.

What you’ll do:

• Prioritise and manage incidents
• Manage and monitor event and alerts
• Technical planning and implementation activities for infrastructure related projects
• Identify and manage problems and perform root cause analysis
• Document and peer review operational support knowledge
• Maintain patch and security baselines for Infrastructure related services
• Design, recommend, plan and implement Infrastructure solutions
• Act as technical authority for Infrastructure services providing technical governance for change activity
• Liaise with infrastructure service vendors

What to bring:

• Enterprise infrastructure support experience ideally within an Oil and Gas setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with individuals up to Senior Leadership level
• Experience of installing, configuring and supporting infrastructure technologies and products in both virtual and physical environments
