We have partnered with a full-service data-driven digital marketing agency, that has a presence in nearly every country in the world! They build award winning off-to-online campaigns and experiences that help their clients create closer relationships to their consumers.
Due to successes in centralising their IT Team and the creation of a centralised Data Centre they are now seeking to expand their Engineering role with an IT Manager
As the IT Manager you will be:
- 3+ years of progressive IT experience,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally,
- Ability to work as part of a team and to engage effectively with users, third-parties and suppliers,
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, methodically troubleshoot problems, discussing with other technical support staff when required, to research and find solutions,
- Monitor and answer requests sent to the Service Desk by email within agreed timeframe, logging and if necessary assigning all incoming calls received in the ITSM system, adhering to procedure
- Strong sense of ownership with responsibility & accountability and drive to follow tasks through to completion,
- Liaise with local office technical point of contact at branch offices as required,
- Review and act upon requests logged in ITSM system, within specified timeframe, Hands-on experience
Skills & Requirements:
- Good knowledge of web-based system, security and data privacy principles,
- Industry-recognised certifications to boost your employability (CompTIA A+, MCSA: Windows 10, MCSA: Windows Server 2016 or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP))
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
- 1st Line support & 2nd line Support
- 3+ years of progressive IT experience,

- Ability to work as part of a team and to engage effectively with users, third-parties and suppliers,

Tech Stack: (CompTIA A+, MCSA: Windows 10, MCSA, security and data privacy principles, (ACSP))
Salary: 45k pa.
Location: Weybridge – 5 days in the office
