Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant | London

My client are looking for an experienced client-facing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, who is comfortable dealing with figures and datasets in a variety of platforms, tools, and software.

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:

  • Leading the technical solution design and build of custom Microsoft Dynamics implementations in a client facing role
  • Introducing formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation
  • Technical internal development of a Salesforce App
  • Upskilling junior Microsoft Dynamics internal resources.
  • Able to engage and impress at client Chief Executive level,

A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant will also possess a blend of the following skills:

Technical requirements:

  • Understanding of D365 Marketing, Customer Service, Sales apps within D365
  • Ability to configure and create entities, views and dashboards
  • Basic level of understanding and implementing D365 portals
  • Ability to create automated, rules based journeys and segments in D365 Marketing
  • Knowledge of HTML code, SQL, and Azure landscape
  • Proven experience in the understanding of how APIs work
  • Ability to create content templates
  • Knowledge and experience of security role management, environment setup and D365 solutions and instances
