Oracle Financial Platform (EBS) SME (Application Owner) – Brussels – Banking Client
Rate: 600 – 800 per day

The core application for Finance operations is Oracle EBS.
In this context we are looking for a person to be the overall end to end Oracle EBS Application owner that will oversee the processes and systems involved end to end, participate to the implementation but also ensure that we are providing the expected solutions and services related to this application in a business as usual mode.
You will be supported by systems experts that can provide more detailed expertise in various areas of the solution for your different activities.
Last but not least, we are changing our delivery model to Agile and this is a great opportunity to be part of this transformation, learn and support us in this area too.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the central point of contact for any projects/changes to EBS in collaboration with our Business Analyst. Support the BA to understanding the business requirements or technical changes and documenting the impacts and activities that would need to take place to implement those.
- Coordinate application changes or associated infrastructure changes for EBS. Participate to changes as appropriate with some level of configuration and customizations as well as integration/regression testing.
- Ensure EBS is adequately supported end to end by the various teams involved (support process, people, documentation…). Monitor the SLA/incidents and drive actions to improve the service as applicable.
- Participate to resolution of integration issues if escalated by implementation or support teams. Able to coordinate investigation across various systems/applications involved as required by applying the knowledge of the end to end flow.
- Ensure with IT Service Management that the application complies with the established group security policies.
Experience:
- Required
- experience as a functional consultant for EBS ERP and its integration with other systems.
- People management, able to manage the EBS support team
- Project Management experience in EBS roll-out and upgrades, delivery of Business solutions
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS 12.2 across multiple modules
- Helpful
- Experience in Agile transformation
- Experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
Skills
- Fast learner : Able to quickly understand the application end to end flows and how various systems integrate from a functional perspective.
- Excellent analytical skills with effective and creative problems solving skills with the ability to identify issues and fix, or identify the internal resources to assist.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Customer focused, result-oriented and able to work against tight deadlines
- Embraces change and encourages colleagues in adopting different ways of working
