We are looking for a Cyber Threat and Vulnerability SME to support our clients security transformation programme of work.
You will review their external attack surface management capability in order to better mitigate against risks posed by third parties
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recommendation of an appropriate 3rd party solution or set of solutions for external attack surface management
- Conducting research and analyses of existing cyber security solutions in operation, operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc
- Assessing market trends and relevant solutions
- Identifying industry best practice
- Identifying threats and opportunities
- Presenting findings and recommended actions
- Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes
- Close collaboration with a consulting team who will manage day-to-day project delivery
Requirements:
- Cybersecurity expertise (min. 5 years’ experience)
- Experience working with or for a large corporation (financial services industry would be preferable)
- Good knowledge of current and emergent cyber threats
- Good knowledge of external attack surface management (EASM)
- Knowledge of solutions within the enterprise vulnerability and threat management space would be preferable (key ones include Black Kite, Cymulate, Redlock and Qualys)
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
