Director of Product Management – Head of Product, Cyber Security

We are looking for an experienced passionate Head of Product, to manage a growing team of product managers as they identity and deliver on market opportunities. Help developer the strategy and vision, advocates for their products and collaborate with and include the engineers marketeers, sales and operation teams so as to make this vision a reality.


  • Prioritise and build our product roadmap, make and help others make the tough decisions required to deliver a great product
  • Identify and refine market problems through market analysis, client workshops, client feedback and collaboration with internal stakeholders, and coach others to do this effectively
  • Assess competition and market position, identify differentiation opportunities and develop strategies to deliver competitive advantage
  • Lead your team, building their expertise and help them achieve their goals
  • Manage and monitor product team performance, identify areas where we can do better and execute continual improvement programmes
  • Act as a SME for the clients and as a product evangelist with both internal and external stakeholder


  • A passion for championing the customer
  • Motivated by purpose-led organisations
  • Knowledge of how great products are made and a desire to implement that knowledge and learn more
  • Excellent communication skills, being comfortable dealing with both customers, and internal business and technical stakeholders
  • 2+ years Product leadership experience in Cyber Security, ideally SaaS

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £80,000 – £100,000
