Job Title: Senior Security Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: DOE + Bonus + 25 days Holiday and usual benefits

My client is one of the leading Music Technology Companies that are changing the way the music industry works, currently the company are going through a stage of rapid growth and scaling their systems and products to cope with current and future demands, whilst also building new and innovative products to not only enable better decision making, increased efficiency but also help maximize revenue for creators.

As a Senior Security Manager you will help shape the organisation and have a real impact on the future of music. Providing guidance and carrying out applied research on emerging technologies and cutting-edge solutions such as secure, tamper-proof ways of moving money via payments tokens, public stores of distributed copyright information as well as research on blockchains.

You’ll be an influencer who can, with the backing of senior management, develop a security-focused culture with the appropriate mindset and skills. While not being hands-on yourself, you will be up to date with security and technology and be able to initiate, grow and manage a small team of engineers and security specialists.

This role has a large amount of autonomy to plan, implement and drive security initiatives. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on a fast-moving organisation at an important stage in its growth.

Key Skills:

• Extensive security and technology background and experience
• Experience of solving security challenges at scale
• A track record of planning and successfully implementing security initiatives
• Security qualifications – e.g. CISP, CAP, SSCP
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
