Join a cloud-based video platform powering the worlds sports entertainment coding in either python or java depending on your skills and deliver the next evolution of features on the platform. You will work with data warehousing and SQL databases, conduct data modelling, and design real-time data streams to collect data from various sources.

Technology stack:
Some of the technologies you will work with include; Hadoop, Presto, Spark, Hive, Kafka, SQL, Python, Java, AWS, Redshift, Kinesis and Lambda. You will work on products architected and built with scalability in mind in an agile environment with high availability for a global customer base.

To be successful:
The successful Software Engineer (python or Java) will possess commercial experience with a good proficiency using SQL and either python or Java and experienced developing in a cloud-based environment.

In return you will be mentored by a senior architect learning big data technologies working across Hadoop and join at a time when the pipeline will lead to cutting edge development using machine learning to improve automation on a platform which receives billions of impressions a month.
