A Global leading company is currently recruiting for a SQL Data Analyst, Data Analyst, ETL, SQL. Based in London, paying up to £45,000 + Benefits

Essential skills and experience for the SQL Data Analyst, Data Analyst, SQL, ETL, Data Quality Analyst

• Expertise in data management using SQL Server or other database management software
• Proven experience with ETL processes and tools
• Work experience in advanced data collection, manipulation, and analysis using standard formulas and methods
• Proven experience in implementing new tools, software and processes to optimise data extraction and manipulation
• Experience in planning, creation, normalisation, and migration of databases
• Direct experience in a Finance reporting role or
• Advanced analytical skills with the experience and ability to translate data into meaningful analysis and reports
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (Macro / VBA level)
• Advanced analytical and data visualization skills
• Project Management and organisation skills
• Experience of working in or alongside an International

Role and responsibility’s for the SQL Data Analyst, Data Analyst, SQL, ETL, Data Quality Analyst

• Use existing tools, such as SQL Management Server, Access, Monarch (ETL Software) to improve the efficiency of the department’s business analysis activities.
• Work with Business Analysts to build an understanding of the various collecting societies data sets and help improve the team’s data wrangling and visualization processes.
• Train and share knowledge with Business Analysts when new solutions are put into place.
• Write custom queries to facilitate the use of existing data and ensure any required analysis can be completed in a timely manner.
• Communicating with affiliates and management to understand new requirements expanding the scope of the team’s distribution analyses.
• Manage Ad-Hoc projects to create solutions for issues raised by European Admin or Finance teams in order to make processes more efficient.
• Establish or improve existing communication between International Finance and other departments or teams working with relevant data and systems.
