The Consultant will join the eDiscovery and IT-forensics team within the Compliance, Forensics and Intelligence group. They will be responsible for providing data analytics services and technical consultancy in the field of computer forensics and eDiscovery.

You will assist corporations and legal teams with addressing adverse business situations including anti-corruption initiatives, corporate investigations, litigation, and criminal/civil enquiries. A successful Consultant will support and collaborate with the existing Compliance, Forensics and Intelligence team to deliver services and work product to meet and exceed the clients’ expectations and company standards.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide forensic consultancy and expertise in data collections and investigative/analysis services to our clients
  • Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Consult with client on project workflow and industry best-practices
  • Respond to client requests in a professional and helpful manner
  • Prepare written analyses, summary reports, presentations and other client deliverables for projects and work performed

Qualifications and specialist skills

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to leverage technology to solve problems
  • Extensive working experience with industry-leading litigation support software (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Summation, Concordance, IPRO, LiveNote, Trial Director, Casemap and MS Access).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while effectively juggling competing demands and evolving priorities
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn new skills, ability to quickly learn and develop proficiency in new programming languages and technical tools
