The challenge
You will work in a highly collaborative team working closely with experts across different disciplines and enjoy an autonomous environment where you enjoy taking ownership over your own work. You will join a new team only recently set up, so a lot of the work will initially involve setting up the data science capability working in a data science team with 3 other members. Although you won’t be expected to possess these skills the wider team work with Hadoop, Spark, NLP and computer vision (unstructured data) and Google Cloud.

What we require

  • 1-2 years commercial experience working with python and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Preferably come from a software engineering background looking to become a Data Scientist
  • Curious individuals with great communication skills are highly desirable.
  • Advantageous if you have machine learning experience or worked with computer vision but not essential.
