The company
An established media company with interests in fashion, sport and entertainment have 2 million subscribers and are looking for an experienced Data Scientist who has worked in a big data environment. As a Data Science Engineer you will have lots of autonomy over the technology stack and tools you use as the team is built.

The role
You will produce dashboards, data models and queries. You will work with ETL processes and tools and ultimately help the business gain a greater understanding of its subscriber base. As this is a new data operation you won’t be scared building from the ground up. Once the data operation has matured, the future intention of the business is to create predictive models and understand things like what subscribers are more likely to upgrade and who will likely downgrade etc. and understand lots of different data metrics about its customers.
