A Global leading Banking Client is currently recruiting for a Data Scientist that has experience with Python, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Anomaly detection. 6 month rolling contract paying up £600 per day. Based in London

Essential skills and experience for the Data Scientist, Python, Machine Learning, Artificial intelligence

• Minimum 8 years of relevant data science experience in applying machine learning, artificial intelligence, optimization etc.
• Hands on experience in Anomaly detection techniques e.g., Isolation Forest, Local Outlier Factor (LOF).
• Thorough knowledge on ANOVA and other statistical significance tests.
• Experience with statistical software, scripting languages (Python/R)
• Experience in Java programming.
• Knowledge of financial data: Cash and Working Capital.

Roles and responsibilities for the Data Scientist, Python, Machine Learning, Artificial intelligence

• Collaborate with business users to understand and elaborate the Use case.
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Apply analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large amounts of data, using advanced analytics techniques.
• Understand the business requirements and provide a solution by using machine learning, artificial intelligence, optimization etc.
• Conduct Proof of concepts by applying Data Sciences and Machine learning techniques to build a Software fit for purpose for Business.
