We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist to step into the shoes of Head of Data Science taking responsibility for the creation of the data science team. You will join a growing company with an artificial intelligence capability disrupting the recruitment market.

Overview

• You will design and launch complex analytic models and lead the development of big data capability
• Hire, build and mentor the company’s data science team and support them in the execution of their duties.
• Play a large role in the strategic direction of the business improving the business’s data analysis model employing the latest in machine learning models.
• Optimise algorithms and identify performance enhancements to improve the customer experience.
• Drive analytics through modelling designs, A/B tests and report on performance models

• Can demonstrate experience delivering complex analytical models utilizing a blend of contemporary and traditional data mining techniques.
• Demonstrable expertise with machine learning
