Informatica ETL Developer

6 months – Remote – Inside IR35 – ASAP start

My client is a well known banking organisation, they are looking for an ETL Developer to come on board and work on an upgrading project. You will come in to upgrade, test and modernise the platform including scripts.

Responsible for creating a test plan, working on the test plan, and delivering. You will work closely with the Business team who work the platform to ensure coding is correct and all data / setup is tested to work correctly before delivery.

You will need experience with the following:

• Development and testing using Powercenter & Powerexchange.
• Experience working with RHEL Unix OS, Shell Scripting, familiar with infacmd commands, SQL skills with DB2 and Oracle sources/targets and Autosys scheduling would be advantageous
• Able to work alongside system administrator and DBAs to deliver upgraded Powercenter code and Oracle database object validation for customer.
• Confidently work on their own to develop a testing plan, and execute testing, code fixes and troubleshooting to resolution.
• Able to clearly manage stakeholder expectations at every step of the project.
