Senior Application Developer

Global leading client is currently recruiting for a Senior application Developer with knowledge and experience in designing and developing web-based applications, based in Ireland – Paying up to £500 per day – 6 month rolling contract.

Essential Skills for the Senior application Developer, Full stack Development experience

• 6+ years’ experience in designing and developing web-based applications. Full stack development experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a high-paced agile continuous deployment environment
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful services.
• Experience with domain driven design and micro-service architectures is preferred
• Expert in core Java development with experience of Spring Ecosystem a distinct advantage
• Thorough understanding and experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL
• High degree of experience of both windows and Linux based operating systems
• Experience with SDLC artefact management tools such as JIRA
• Experience with Apigee or Pivotal Cloud Foundry would be a distinct advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
