Senior backend developer proficient with Google maps/Earth API

My global client are looking for a remote Senior developer to join a team dedicated to a project working on virtual buildings across Europe. We are looking primarily for coders with prior Google maps/Earth API development experience.

Technical skills:

  • Microservice architecture design and delivery knowledge
  • API design (REST/JSON)
  • Extensive Google maps/Earth API development experience (mandatory)
  • Programming: C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • Broad database technology knowledge for both RDBMS and NoSQL
  • Security architecture: IAM (OpenID Connect, and other federation protocols)
  • On-premises and network infrastructure architecture design
  • Cloud platform application and Infrastructure design and implementation: Amazon AWS
  • Familiar with Agile methodology
  • Tools: VSTS a plus

Soft skills:

  • Able to work independently and team player as well.
  • Product oriented
  • Happy to challenge choices, opinion and proactive in suggesting ideas (technical or functional) which could bring value to the product
