Lead Developer / Technical Architect

Greater London Contract / 6 months Up to £650 per day

I’m looking for an experience Lead Developer / Technical Architect to work on a 6 month extendable contract based in London. The position will be working with a large digital consultancy that pride themselves on their unique way of working and delivering large scale projects.

To be considered for this role you must have;

– Worked in cross-functional teams using Scrum and(or) Kanban
– Participated in workshops, identifying and defining use requirements
– Experience with integrating developed components (applications, portals) with deployed software platforms or services
– Experience developing highly interactive websites
– Experience leading DevOps resource in infrastructure design and deployment
– Experience working with Test Driven Development (TDD)
– Strong knowledge of software / enterprise design patterns

Experience with the following TECH;

– Relational Databases and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, MYSQL)
– Web Technologies (HTML, ~CSS, JavaScript, AJA)
– Web Infrastructure (Apache HTTP, Web server etc)
– Java Web frameworks (Wicket, Play, Spring MVC)
– Experience in XML Technologies
– Experience in creation of web services (SOAP, REST)
