Azure DevOps Cloud Architect

Global leading Client is currently recruiting for an Azure Cloud Architect who has hands on experience with Cloud solutions and Design and Azure cloud platform. Based in London, 6 Month rolling contract paying up to £500 per day.

Experience and skills needed for an Azure Cloud Architect who has hands on experience with Cloud solutions and Design and Azure cloud platform

• 5+ years’ practical work experience at a senior technical lead/architect level in a commercial setting
• 3+ years’ experience working directly with MS Azure,
• expert-level understanding of concepts such as:
• cyberthreat defence, high availability engineering, containerization, single page application development, serverless computing, elastic scalability, high-performance RDBMS/NoSQL, big data
• multiple original contributions to significant enterprise software applications
• thorough understanding of a wide variety of both legacy and modern cloud technologies
• track record of leading and inspiring mixed-skill teams of 5-8
• thorough practical experience of Scrum framework (experience as Scrum Master advantageous)
• thorough practical experience with all phases of modern DevOps pipelines
• at least bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in a computer science-related discipline
• lead the adoption of modern DevOps principles and practices
• design and deliver common CI/CD pipelines and test harnesses for the entire application estate

6 month rolling contract paying up to £500 per day.
