Greater London Contract / 6 months £500 - £550 per day

DevSecOps | 6 months | London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a tool-driven and highly automated approach to deliver the organisaton’s security management processes
  • Develop and update security procedures, particularly for rules concerning automation and standardisation
  • Respond to security incidents on demand and highlight non-compliance situations
  • Train members of the security department and DevOps teams on how to use the tools and how to re mediate incidents
  • Communicate and build working relationships with all stakeholders within the organisation and with all vendors

Technical skills:

  • Coding languages such as Python, Java, AWS CLI, Bash, CSS
  • Programming languages for data representation, such as HTML, JSOn, SAML
  • Proficient in code management & SIEM solutions such as Bitbucket or Splunk
  • AWS, CISSP or SSCP certification(s)

Examples of relevant experience:

  • Experience of using cloud solutions (AWS, OpenStack and others)
  • Experience of using containerisation technologies
  • Experience in developing, documenting and maintaining security procedures
  • Experience in implementing, automating and maintaining DevSecOps tools (Splunk, Twistlock, CloudPassage and others)
  • Expertise in managing incidents, vulnerabilities and a thorough understanding of possible attacks (DDOS, malicious codes and others)
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Jira and others.
