Flow Framework Coach/Expert | 3-month initial contract | Fully Remote | 800-900 EU p/day

The Role:

My client is looking to implement a Flow Framework across their product-led organization and is looking for experienced support in the Product-led Frameworks & Concepts Team. The benefits of the Flow Framework will be a crucial part of the success of their digital products and this is why they are looking for an expert on the Flow Framework. This person will shape the understanding of Value Streams and creates training and learning sessions for various teams.

You will help and coach the Domains and Product areas with Value Stream Management and to implement a resilient transformation.

Service Description

· Consult in implementation of 3 pilot value streams and setting up the flow framework.

· Creation of training material and deliver training from Product Teams to Domain level senior management.

· Consult in providing the definition of value streams within the organisation and create a ramp-up plan for teams to become part of an organizational value stream.

· Provide best practices and industry insights within the organisation working group on Flow Framework/Value Stream
