Infrastructure Manager | Salary £90,000 – £110,000 | Milton Keynes/Hybrid

At Salt we are proudly partnered with one of the UK’s Leading Bank who have a brilliant reputation in the market for the innovative way that they work. We are hiring for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join on a permanent basis.

Your role will be to Lead the team in a complex high availability environment. You will be responsible for the overall leadership and accountability of the infrastructure team.

We are looking for someone that will be able to support them to in delivering against objectives whilst also including implementation, automation, innovation, production support, project support, patching and vulnerability management and transformation.

Experience we are looking for:

• Proven experience developing and leading critical infrastructure management teams.
• Experience in delivering and supporting resilient, scalable and mission critical infrastructure

Desirables:

• Excellent technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of the end-to-end provision of IT

Infrastructure services

• Experience leading teams who have supported infrastructure initiatives including Capacity and Configuration Management, Patch and Vulnerability Management, Migrations and Upgrades
• Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies including Linux, Windows and VMware.
