Principle SRE – FinTech

My client is a world leading FinTech organisation and are looking for a Principle SRE to lead Site Reliability process and tech management of their Cloud Native Platforms.

In this role you will:

• Design authority for SRE Patterns & Practices
• Lead for Change Management of SRE transformation program
• Implementation of SRE Practices for their Cloud based Financial Services
• Conducting reviews of achievable SLA of existing production deployments and identifying key areas of improvement
• Preparing and taking part in Production Weekly Operating Reviews
• Taking part in on-call rotation to understand the patterns of Production failures (capped at 25%)
• Conducting Blameless Post-Mortems of high severity Production Incidents
• Implementing resiliency improvements (Software or System)
• Reviewing designs to improve resiliency and ensuring delivered code fulfills needs.

We are looking for candidates who have experience leading Failure Mode Analysis of Architectures, leading Root Cause analysis of incidents and a good working knowledge of Cloud Iaas and Paas Platforms.

Other Tech required: Container Orchestration/ Kubernetes, CD tools eg. Azure Devops, containr based microservices and cloud platform services.
