Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant | Berkshire | 3 month contract | Inside IR35

My client are looking for a service cloud consultant with implementation experience.

This person will be assisting in the build of their case management solution in line with best practice including

• New voice media CTI
• Omni-Channel
• Knowledge
• Automation & workflows
• UAT

On a day to day basis this person will be taking requirements and turning them into scalable solutions in line with agreed design principles along with facilitating end user workshops to validate solutions meet expected UI/UX criteria They would also be assisting in related projects such as a new operational compliance solution my client are building on salesforce and sales/marketing alignment

This is initially a three month contract, inside IR35.
