We are looking for a 1st line technical support engineer to join an award winning IoT tech start up in Berlin who have now established themselves as one of the rising SaaS companies in the world. Operating from over 170 countries and still growing through their Mobile network technology, they are looking for a bi lingual speaking technical support engineer to join their 1st line IT helpdesk in the Berlin Office. English is the main language spoken but if you can speak at least one of the following languages fluently we would love to hear from you – (German/Spanish/French/Italian). 1st line IT helpdesk support is a must
