3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer – Surrey

You will be joining an established international IT Solutions Consultancy Service as an Infrastructure Engineer who will be joining their core team based in Surrey. You will be using your experience in various projects including Virtualization, Storage and Networks. As this would be working for an international company, you will need to have a desire to experience new environments or be flexible for local travel but will primarily be office based. International travel may also be applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

– Meet client expectations and resolve issues in line with SLA

– Produce build documentation

– Curate customer information

– Build and maintain customer relationships

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

– Virtualization – VMWare and/or Hyper V

– Microsoft Exchange

– Networks and Systems Administrations

– Desktop support background

– Preferably have certifications in at least two of the following: (MCP/MCSE/CCNA/VCP)

– It would be helpful if they had exposure to Public cloud (AWS/Azure)

– Exposure to HP, Cisco, Dell & Citrix
