IT Helpdesk Engineer

City of London Permanent £25000 - £30000 per annum + benefits

We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading facilities and asset management groups in their London office.

You will be responsible for assisting with general IT administration, projects and troubleshooting across a wide range of applications and hardware.

Key skills:

– Handling ticket inquiries and resolving client issues in accordance with SLA

– Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy

– Remote Support for site staff

– Supporting Windows, Office 10/13

– Decommissioning of Hardware

– Troubleshooting mobile devices (iOS and Android)

– Core networking: TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN

– PBX and VOIP

– basic SQL support – desirable

– Microsoft server certifications – MCP, MCTS, MCTIP
