IT Infrastructure Team Lead – NW London

This opportunity will ensure the ICT Infrastructure Team Leader will be working for one of the largest not for profit organisation that are well established for providing excellent quality homes and care. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of escalations by directly reporting to and supporting the ICT Technical Services Manager, and overseeing network monitoring, patch updates, support and maintenance of IT Infrastructure and performing complex troubleshooting. Must be able to handle support on site of via the telephone with an emphasis on customer service and be proactive in troubleshooting and delivering clear communication.

Core responsibility:

Managing a team of 4 on a mixture of project and BAU tasks.

• VMWare ESX
• Site Recovery
• Citrix/Xenapp
• Exchange and Office 365
• MS SQL
• Skype for Business
• Sharepoint
• SCCM
• Routing and Switches
• Experience in a team lead or management position is essential
• Those immediatley available will be prioritised

Qualifications:

• Computer Science Degree or Equivalent
• MCSE
• ITIL
• CCNA
• PRINCE2 – Desirable
