Mobile Software Support Engineer (London)

City of London Permanent £55000 - £65000 per annum + benefits

You would be working for one of the leading global mobile analytics companies and they would want someone to join their London team to work closely with the development and customer service team in order to improve their existing services.

The successful Engineer will have strong experience in the following:

– Tier 1-2 technical support / QA

– Strong SQL Query

– SDK

– Android/iOS

– XCode

– REST API

The role would be based in central London and you will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding of the market, clients, partners, and technology
  • High-level technical support to our customers and work internally with R&D and product teams
  • Handle new feature releases
  • Maintain our client facing Knowledge Base
  • Provide product feedback and insights to the business and R&D
      • Manage client support cases
      • Manage escalations and expectations for both the client/internal personnel
      • Respond to client-reported issues as per SLA
      • Maintain all client communications and case documentation
      • Provide product feedbacks and insights
