Web Content Specialist – Oracle WebCenter – Support – Permanent

Web Content Specialist ( Oracle WebCenter – WCS / WCP ) required to provide support across day to day operational issues.

The successful Web Content Specialist ( Oracle WebCenter ) will ideally have worked within a Telecoms environment and have experience across, but not limited to the following;

* Incident and service request management
* Problem analysis and resolution,
* Configuration changes,
* Health check & housekeeping activity,
* Triage tickets to support team,
* Identify bug fix enhancements and minor code product issues,
* Fault logging tracking and resolution,
* Extend support during release and deployment for WCP/WCS.

Essential experience required for this Web Content Specialist ( Oracle WebCenter ) role includes;

* Oracle WCP / Oracle WCS
* Strong experience supporting and managing customer facing web applications
* Working knowledge of JAVA, JSP, Servlets
* AWS, WCP, WCS, Apache-Webserver, TIBCO APIX,
* Experience managing web services technologies (SOAP & Restful)
* Unix Scripting experience; Bash, KSH
* Working experience in Oracle 12G / 12C, DAL APIs
* UCM (Universal Content Manager)
* Third level support of WCS Admin
* Good Knowledge Webcenter Sites Tools (Sites Explorer, CatalogMover, Property Editor, Webcenter Developer Tools)

Additional experience working on Payment applications would be highly beneficial.
