Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, considering and defining business and user needs; identifying options for improving business systems and processes and bridging the needs of the business and IT through the exploration and communication of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview key business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and consumers to fully understand the current state, pain points, actors, ……
• Work in an Agile environment, participate in ceremonies, and support product owners in prioritsation and planning
• Work with operational and technical teams to break requirements down into epics and stories
• Document functional / non-functional requirements, and user journeys

Job Requirements

Essentials

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret consumer business and technical needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Process and journey mapping……
• Experience in business change programmes especially resource / capacity supply chain and management
• Experience in metrics and data and tools around resource / capacity supply chain and management e.g. utilisation, forecasting, profit and loss, yield etc
