eCommerce Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant
Our client works with some of the largest names in the retail industry, helping them plan, implement and maintain eCommerce systems, maximising their business performance and helping them to develop multichannel retail experiences that customers love.
Responsibilities
- Conducting client research and analysis of the current technology stack in use capability
- Lead platform-agnostic discoveries and suggest the best fitting solutions which are logical, meets business needs, and are platform appropriate
- Leading re-platform projects for eCommerce platforms end to end
- Create, own, and manage functional scope
- Understand the clients business needs and process
- Help our clients with building their road maps and backlog grooming of requirements
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years within eCommerce
- Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements, understand the current state and develop technical requirements
- Translating outputs from discovery workshops into Epics and present highly technical concepts to external/internal senior business stakeholders
- Understanding of the full eCommerce product life cycle, including back-end systems (OMS, PIM, ERP, etc)
- Working knowledge of either Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud or Commerce Tools
- Proven track record in software development environments and experiences of end-to-end project lifecycles
