Responsibilities

• As a Head of Product you’ll play a pivotal part in helping our Digital team transition into a business that puts the customer at the heart of every decision.
• They are embarking on the journey towards becoming a Product-led unit, where their Product Manager’s and Owners are empowered to deliver autonomously, through collaboration, testing and learning and understanding of the why, what and how to move the right metrics that will impact their customers.
• You’ll be leading multiple squads and Product Managers/ Owners tackling this space, providing the vision, strategy and roadmap to ensure outcomes are achieved and best practices are shared and instilled throughout the team.
• As the Head of Product, you’ll be leading on discovery into the future of Digital, pushing the boundaries of innovation around using digital to interact with our customers now and in the future

Ideal experience

• Prior experience working with digital web and mobile products.
• Ideally experience shaping Service Portals.
• Ability to drive best practices in Product and support a team of Product Managers and Owners.
• A commitment to building digital products that delight users whilst maintaining sight on business and
• commercial objectives.
• Exemplary stakeholder management, this position has high visibility across

the business
