They’re looking for their first Head of Product hire to support the founding team in scaling their product function, currently sitting at five Product Managers and squads whilst contributing to the vision and strategy around growing the product internationally.
The Head of Product will also play a pivotal role in designing the org structure, empowering teams to work collaboratively and autonomously, integrating great design thinking, data science and analytics and a culture of rapid experimentation around product led growth strategies.

As Part of the interview process you’ll:
Stage 1: Have an intro call with both founders of the business to learn more about you and the scope of the role.
Stage 2: Be involved in a group discussion based on a take home case study.
Stage 3: Meet in person to look at management, culture fit and further product thinking with the founding team and Product advisor.
