Salt has partnered with an exciting tech travel brand with ambitious growth plans who are seeking a Head of Digital Product.

The Head of Product will activate the vision and deliver the strategy for key initiatives across their app, website and ecommerce funnels.

The Head of Product will be tasked to elevate customer experience by laying foundations of design thinking, user research, product discovery and agile/lean product development.

Experience in Product Leadership within a high-growth start-up or scale-up

  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing product teams
  • A deep and holistic understanding of lean product discovery, user research and various product/agile frameworks.
  • Experience taking an MVP through to delivery. An understanding of complex systems and excellent data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and delegation skills.
  • The desire to build awesome products!
