The position will give you the chance to grow and develop your own team there is also the incredible opportunity to be as close to the product as one can be, the option to go onsite every now and then to see directly the amazing products are being made and sent in by customers, seeing how they are produced and the chance to work closely with the peers in production.

With a complete full back to front revamp of their Ecommerce website and systems they are now ready to start really diversifying their product offering. This is a great chance to really make some head way and truly own a number of unique products to market. A chance to really help scale the company, its product offering and grow a team.

Responsibilities

Objectives and Job Tasks Working closely with the Marketing & Product Director to develop a dynamic, disruptive and progressive print product roadmap, with a sharp commercial direction; Leading all aspects of new product development, from initial business case, through to defining scope for engineering and UX, commercial opportunity, financial investment, customer onboarding, go-to-market launches and everything inbetween; Collaboration with Production to identify improvements and enhancements to existing products and services, understanding wide use cases and customer adoption; Close collaboration with Production to maximise the potential of our existing machinery, whilst identifying new opportunities and efficiencies; Reviewing new and existing outsource partner relationships with the Commercial team –

Performance Measures Publishing Quarterly Product roadmap; Delivery of new products on time, within budget and meeting KPIs; Maintaining good supplier relations.

Objectives and Job Tasks Leading a defined print product portfolio, with regular monitoring and reporting of product sales behaviour and KPIs; Use results from analysis to understand customer use and buyer personas, in turn identify untapped opportunities; Leading research into competitor offerings and comparable products; Working closely with Production, Development and UX to ensure the best customer journey and maximising conversions

Managing third party suppliers and solutions and overseeing their successful implementation.
