Initially launched as a ticket search engine in the USA, they have grown from an aggregator to a primary ticket seller, instituting a platform that allows artists, sports teams, and others to sell tickets directly through the site. They are expanding into the UK and building a development team due to huge demand.
As Lead PM (first product hire in the UK) you will work closely with a team of engineers, designers, operators, and analysts to push the boundaries of primary ticketing for their clients and customers. You will own the vision and strategy to build a roadmap focused on driving up customer satisfaction and efficiency across multiple clients.
