Lead Product Manager

The Product team at Salt have an exciting opportunity for a budding Product Manager to take that important step into Product Leadership. We’re partnered with an exciting consumer business who are driving towards a liquidity event and are looking for a Lead Product Manager or Head of Product to help steer the product and team towards this goal!

You’ll be leading multiple squads tasked had driving conversion and optimisation across their online digital estate, creating the product vision and driving value in the sales journeys and cost savings from the ‘my account’ and self-service features across the platform.

They are looking for an ambitious PM who knows how to deliver great customer experience, move metrics using data-informed decisions and can instil a clear framework around how to ship digital products that delight. They feel this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take that next step from Senior level, into a Product leadership role and will provide the guidance and support to help the person develop in this role.

Here are a few pieces of experience they would love to see:

• Experience driving online e-commerce vision and strategy.
• Bonus points if you have looked at conversion rate and optimising the funnel.
• If you have shaped any ‘account’ features and self-service journeys for online digital products.
• An ambition to develop as a leader of other Product Managers.
• Working knowledge of squads and Tribe org structure and methodology.
• Experience growing a brand’s online presence. The insurance industry would be useful but not a must.
