The role of ‘Product Group Delivery Lead – Customer products’ is an extraordinary opportunity for Technology product portfolio leaders. Looking for a person who is passionate to lead and develop new features and products for market/customers globally (USA, Europe and Asia). This role is responsible to drive product innovation by leveraging emerging technologies (e.g. AI/ML, NLP etc.) and enhancing the products to the next level of user experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Working with the CIO and Head of Enterprise Platform Group – CONNECT, senior SC leaders and Global Business Development leaders to develop, maintain and execute agreed product strategies for all Customer Products within the Product Roadmaps and Digital Acceleration Strategy.

· Working with IT Controlling to forecast and deliver the P&L results of these product strategies, including budgeted CAPEX and OPEX costs, depreciation, and annual revenues from market charges

· Supporting the periodic re-pricing of the Customer products to markets and customers

· Working with Head of Enterprise Architecture and the Advanced Technology Group to ensure that product strategies are integrated across the product teams and aligned with the agreed Enterprise Architecture, both within and outside logistics

· Coaching the Customer Product Delivery team, identifying and resolving gaps in skills and resources

· Participating in Product Boards as required to steer product delivery execution

· Participating (and occasionally leading) Joint Review Boards with strategic partners

Knowledge needed

· 5+ years of driving transformational organizational change within IT application and product delivery functions

· Proven experience in global product delivery for multiple products and ideally, experience in start-up environment
