Product Lead – EdTech

Salt is partnered with one of Europe’s fastest-growing Education Technology start-ups! They have huge ambitions for 2021 and currently hiring a Product Lead.

The Lead Product Manager will join a rapidly growing and maturing EdTech, whose mission is to provide children around the world with an affordable and high-quality education. Regularly featuring in top 100 start-up lists, they’ve doubled in size each year and the impact of Covid19 driving their usage and media coverage!

The Product Lead will manage a product team and work closely with C-Suite to plan and execute an ambitious roadmap. You’ll be responsible for the design, build and launch of new features and products ensuring that the voice of the customer and data is central to all decision making.

The Lead Product Manager will enjoy both strategy and delivery, those hands will get dirty!

What you need…

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior / Lead Product Manager in a high-growth start-up or scale-up
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing product teams
• A deep and holistic understanding of lean product discovery, user research and various product/agile frameworks.
• Experience taking an MVP through to delivery. An understanding of complex systems and excellent data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and delegation skills.
• The desire to build awesome products!
