Product manager – Contract- London- £600.00 per day- Inside IR35 and requires you to be via an umbrella or PAYE

Our client combines all the latest tech with customer-centric design to consistently deliver exciting digital experiences that help SME businesses to grow in the UK. You will play a pivotal role in the launch of their new products and services to enhance their customer experience further

The role :

▪ The Product Owner has overall responsibility for running a cross functional squad, defining the features that must be delive red and their priority, coordinating between team members with expertise in design, development, distribution and content
▪ The Product Owner would own the development of the short term roadmap and contribute to the long term vision for their product
▪ The Product Owner is responsible for aligning the delivery team and communicating that vision effectively with a clear,
elevating goal
▪ The Product Owner spends time with customers understanding their needs, and brings this to shaping the proposition

Responsibilities :

▪ Overall responsibility for delivery of product (E2E) leading a cross functional squad of developers, designers and content owners
▪ Owns and share your product roadmap
▪ Representation of business & customer perspective in the development of an end product vision, working with design
teams and key business stakeholders
▪ Maintenance of product backlog
▪ Definition and prioritization of product features, including decisions on requirements for and features of end product
▪ Collaboratively enable other team members to develop and deliver the product in line with the vision

Skills required :

▪ Significant experience in a technology product development environment in a product role
▪ 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, owning delivery of a product using an Agile methodology(Scrum, Kanban, XP)
▪ Experience with delivery of operational tools, CRM integrations would be a plus
▪ Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to lead the team through influence rather than authority
▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
▪ Commercial mindset, with demonstrated ability to make fact based trade offs
