Product Manager

Salt is partnered with a consumer, mobile-first company boasting 10 million+ users across the globe. As they continue to drive growth and develop new features they’re seeking a Product Manager to join their small and diverse team.

The Product Manager will focus on user engagement and retention whilst working alongside the product team to define key metrics, and decide how to drive them forward. You’ll work with a small cross-functional team to execute these ideas; testing, iterating and learning as you go.

This is a great opportunity for a Product Manager to be a founding member of a growing and profitable business where you’ll be expected to help define product strategy, and translate ideas into experiences that delight their users.

What you need…

• 3+ years’ experience building and scaling B2C products with a strong customer-mindset
• You understand the core mechanisms that drive user acquisition, conversion, retention and monetization.
• You’ll have experience with lean product discovery, user testing, A/B testing and MVP creation.
• Comfortability leading cross-functional teams made of UX, Tech & Data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder and prioritization skills.
